Details
ValueLock is the newest of LinerLock's synthetic roofing underlayment product line. ValueLock's lightweight construction makes it a superior replacement for any traditional asphaltsaturated felt paper. ValueLock is constructed using 3 layers. The primary layer is made up of a base scrim fabric. Each additional layer laminates each side of the base fabric using specially formulated coatings:
- Walking surface is embossed to ensure maximum traction for anti-slip.
- Base fabric is woven using strong PP scrim for outstanding tensile strength and tear resistance.
- Slip-resistant bottom layer is coated with a proprietary formula which resists movement on the roof deck preventing fastener point tears.
- Bottom layer offers additional leak protection and improved sealing around fastener points.
